    制冷工程公司是开封空分集团有限公司下属的一个全资子公司，主要生产冷链系列产品和钢结构工业厂房等。
    公司冷链产品主要有大、中、小型高、低温金属组装式冷库，气调冷库，小型室内冷库，流态式、平板式速冻机，真空冷冻干燥装置，半封闭氨冷水机组及制冷辅助设备等。
    组装式冷库，气调冷库是我公司冷链设备的主导产品。我公司自八十年代初开发出组装式冷库，为国内第一家，由于开发早，起点高，价格合理，产品迅猛发展，一直是同行业的佼佼者，影响力和市场份额在不断增长。为使冷库在规模水平方面更进一步，公司于八十年代中期，从西德BASF公司引进全套硬质聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板生产设备和质量检测仪器，设备单班年产量为10万平方米，并从西德ROMA公司引进了设计施工技术，使我公司组装式冷库在国内同行业中产品质量、生产能力和价格水平方面具有很大优势。
    我公司生产的保温板宽度为900mm，长度可达12米，厚度有30、50、75、100、125、150、170mm等多种规格，可用于各种冷库和工业建筑物的隔热保温。二十年来，我公司生产的近百座冷库遍布于全国各地，产品质量好，信誉高，声名远播。目前我公司冷藏产品已形成从几立主米库容小型室内库到几万立方米的大型室外库；从高温库、低温库、冻结库到综合库；从全组装式冷库到土建结构内部贴板的混合式冷库；从普通过冷库到气调冷库的多品种、多规格的系列产品。
    一九九五年开封空分集团有限公司引进组合式气调库的先进工艺首次在山东龙口建造15000吨气调冷库，获得成功，开创了国内大型组装式气调冷库的成功先例，用户亦取得了较好的经济效益。一九九七年我公司又在陕西西安建造了一座10000t气调冷库，气密性能达到国际先进水平。现在我公司气调库已分布在国内山东、河南、北京、湖南、新疆、陕西、福建、天津、四川等省市自治区，获得了较好的声誉。近年来，我公司研制的氨冷水机组获得了国家实用新型专利，ZKQ1960型气调冷库工程和ZKQ48500GZD型气调冷库通过了省级新产品技术鉴定，分别获得河南省科技进步一等奖，河南省优秀新产品二等奖，开封市优秀新产品一等级和二等级，其中ZKQ48500GZD型万吨气调冷库被认定为2001年度国家级重点新产品。
    钢结构工业厂房是我公司的另一个重点产品。在组合式冷库中所用的承重结构全部是轻钢结构，在轻钢结构和网架的设计、制造、施工安装中已积累了大量的实践经验，可以做到根据用户要求进行设计。
    轻钢结构有两种形式，一种是不保温结构，一种是保温结构。不保温结构的主体为：柱子可以使用钢柱或钢筋混凝土柱；梁可以使用行架梁或型钢梁，也可以使用网架；外围护结构，盖瓦和护墙板均用压型彩色钢板。保温结构的主体同上，外围护结构用压型彩色钢板面板硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料夹心板或聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料夹心板。
    为扩大生产，提高竞争力，我公司还引进了先进的3D3S钢结构设计软件和各种压型板生产设备，可以为用户提供设计先进、结构优化、经济耐用、外形美观的各式轻钢结构建筑物。

KFAS REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING CO.

    Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd (KFAS) is a key and large enterprise and production base specializing in design and manufacture of air separation plant, gas liquefying plant and cold storage equipment.
    Covering and area of 480,000m², KFAS has all kinds of production equipment of about 1200 sets. It has a total employee of 4378, including 951 technical personnel, 98 senior engineers and 509 engineers. We have obtained the design and manufacture licenses for pressure vessels of Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ from China National Machinery Ministry and Labor Ministry, and obtained ASME certification and "U" stamp from ASME, USA, and ISO9001 Quality Certificate. In recent years, the computer system has been widely applied in the management, engineering design and manufacturing to upgrade the technical level of KFAS.
    The KFAS Refrigeration Equipment & Engineering Co. is a subsidiary of KFAS Group, which mainly produces cold-chain products and steel-structure workshop. Our main products are large, medium & small-sized, high & low-temperature pro-fabricated cold stores, dynamic flat freezers, vacuum refrigeration & drying equipment, semi-closed ammonia water-cooling unit and other auxiliary refrigeration equipment etc..
    Pre-fabricated cold stores and CA cold stores are our dominant products. We are the first in China to develop out the pre-fabricated cold stores in early 1980's. Because of our earliest development, high start-point and competitive price, our products have been rapidly developed and we are always in the leading position in the same industry with continuously increasing market sharing. In order to strengthen and upgrade the technology and production capability of cold stores, in the middle 1980's, KFAS imported a production line & complete quality supervision instruments from BASF, West Germany of rigid polyurethane sandwich panels with a capacity of 100,000m², and also design technology form ROMA, West Germany. Thus it enables KFAS to have a great superiority in quality, production capacity and prices.
    The sandwich panels produced by us have a width of 900mm, length of 12m with a thickness of 30,50,75,100,125,150 and 170mm in series, which could be used for heat-insulation of various cold stores and industrial buildings. Within the recent 20 years, we have supplied about one hundred cold stores all over China with excellent performance and high reputation. Nowadays, we can produce from small-sized in-door cold stores of several cubic meters to large-sized, out-door cold stores of several ten thousand cubic meters, from low-temperature, high-temperature and freezing cold stores to combined cold stores, and from common cold stores to CA cold stores, etc..
    In 1995, our company had imported advanced process firstly installed in Longkou Shandong of P.R.China a 15,000t CA cold store and set a success precedent of national large pre-fabricated cold stores. In 1997, we installed another 10,000t CA cold store in Xi'an, Shanxi of P.R.China with a world-leading level of air tightness. Now our products have enjoyed a high prestige in Shandong, Henan, Beijing, Human, Xinjing, Shanxi, Fujian, Tianjin, Sichuan and other cities, provinces etc.. In recent years, the ammonia water-cooling unit developed by us has obtained the national new-type patent, Model ZKQ1960 cold store project and ZKQ48500GZD CA cold store have passed the provincial new-product, new-technology verification and respectively been awarded by Grade One & Two of Kaifeng Excellent New-product Awards and Grade One of Henan Science & Technology Progressing Awards and Grade Two of Henan Excellent New-product Awards, and, in which ZKQ48500GZD ten-thousand CAD cold store is approved to be National Key New-product in year 2001.
    Steel-structure Workshop is another dominant product. Since the load-bearing structures in pre-fabricated cold stores are all of light-weighted steel structure, we have accumulated rich experiences in design, manufacture, construction and installation of light-weighted steel structure and supports so that we can design upon the customer's requirements.
    The light-weighted steel structure mainly has two forms: insulated and non-insulated. As for the non-insulated structure, the column could be steel column or reinforced concrete column, the beam could be either truss or shaped steel, or even net-supports; and the peripheral structure, roof sheet and wall could be corrugated colored steel plates. The difference between insulated structure and non-insulated structure is the face panels of corrugated colored steel plates should be either rigid-polyurethane foam sandwich panels or poly-styrene foam sandwich panels.
    In order to enlarge our production capacity and enhance our competency, we have also introduced advanced 3D3S steel structure design software and different kinds of corrugated plate production equipment. We can provide our customers different light-weighted buildings with advanced design, optimized structure, economical cost, long-lasting life and elegant appearance.
