COMPRESSOR
Our company is one of the key enterprises to design and manufacturing the
centrifugal air compressor, piston type oxygen compressor/nitrogen
compressor in China with rich design and manufacturing experiences for
above 30 years.
In past years, we have made successful cooperation with
many Scientific Research Academy such as Xi¨an Jiaotong University.
Chinese Scientific Academy, Qinghua University, Zhengzhou Industrial
University etc. developing the design software applicable for pneumatic
thermodynamic calculation of the compressor, bearing and rotor dynamic
calculation, impeller strength calculation etc. With these advanced
software, we are the first to research and test the 3-dimen-sioned
impeller model stage in China. In early 1980¨s. on the basis of import
and study advanced technology, we have produced the first one in China---H
type isentropic compressor with adjustable inlet guide vane and made it in
series. This new type machine has the advantages of the stage efficiency
larger than 88% and isothermal efficiency of 75% above. The vertical oil
free lubrication piston-type oxygen/nitrogen compressor, produced by our
company have the characteristics of advanced pneumatic thermodynamics,
compact structure, less area occupation and high reliability, so these
machines take a higher market share. In 1995, we imported the software
package from NREC.USA to design and machine the 3-dimensioned impeller, in
which includes the performance calculation of the centrifugal compressor,
analysis of the 3-dimensioned flow field and simulated machining. We also
imported a 5-axis machining center from Boston Digital, USA specially for
machining the 3-dimensioned impeller, it had been successfully applying to
design and machine this kind of product, and greatly raising the accuracy
of the product design and machining, and ensuring the consistency of
design and actual operation data.
Nowadays,
the centrifugal air compressors produced by our company are mainly in two
types: Type DA with single shaft and Type H with double shaft with several
tens of specifications, flow rate of 80m3/min~ 1800 m3/min, discharge
pressure of 0.6Mpa~2.0Mpa. For the oil free lubrication oxygen/nitrogen
compressor, there are many types: single row, double rows, three rows,
four rows; discharge capacity of single unit is 500 m3/min~6000
m3/min,
discharge pressure of 0.2Mpa~3.0Mpa, the discharge pressure of the booster
is up to 6.4Mpa, and we can also produce new type compressor according to
the customers special requirements.
