    With the characteristics of compact structure, lightweight and high transfer efficiency, the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is widely used in various industries such as industrial gas separation plant, LNG plant, petrochemical, transportation and refrigeration plant etc. Kaifeng Air Separation Group Company Ltd. (KFAS), with rich experiences, has a strong capability in the design and manufacturing of aluminum brazed plate fin heat exchangers, Which is a production base of heat exchangers in China. It has the largest vacuum-brazing furnace in China.
    The aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers BCK3-800/6 and BCK2. 1-900/6 produced by KFAS were awarded with the “National Excellent-product Silver Prize” in 1985, Nowadays, our company has the ability to make brazed core with the maximum size of 1200×1200×6000mm in which 9 different fluids can be heat exchanged at the same time.
   We can also design and manufacture tubular heat exchangers according to the user’s requirements, such as tubular heat exchanger, finned tube, sheet socket tube and coil wound etc; the multi-streams high pressure coil-wound heat exchanger (with the design pressure of above 20Mpa. overall size of Φ1800×22000, tonnage of above 80T) has been approved as new “Technical Renovation Project” by the China National Trade & Economic Committee which can be widely used for large fertilizer plant, large air separation plant and LNG plant to substitute imported products with its advanced technology & reliable quality.
