真空解吸变压吸附制氧设备(Vacuum Desorption PSA Oxygen Plant)

流程简介:

原料空气经过滤去粉尘,进入鼓风机增压,进入吸附器,空气中的N2, H2O、CO2及碳氢化合物被吸附剂吸附,同时获得氧气,吸附塔吸附饱和后,自动切换,该吸附器减压抽真空再生,本设备有三个吸附塔交替使用,连续获得氧产品,氧产品经过氧压机压送至用户,氧压机压力可根据用户要求设置。

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
After removal of dust by the suction filter, the feed air is pressurized by the air blower and led to the adsorber. Nitrogen, moisture, carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed by adsorbent, oxygen gas is obtained at the same time. When the adsorption is saturated, the system will change over automatically, then the adosrober will be depressurized and vacuumized for regeneration. There are three adsorbers working alternatively to obtain product oxygen continuously. The product oxygen is delivered to the User after being compressed by the oxygen compressor at the pressure specified by the User.
